We are offering selected partners an opportunity to create their first social robot application (an MVP)* via a 4 week Pilot Project. 

A Pilot Project will be typically strutured as follows :- 

Week 1 - Requirements Workshop

• Virtual meetings 
• Demos of Furhat Robot
• Establish a Product and Feature catalogues 
• Finalise schedule and milestones for the pilot project
• Finalise MVP scope
• Sign-off activities before we proceed to Week 2-4 

Week 2 - MVP Design & Development - Sprint 1 

1st round of design, build, testing and playback sessions 

• Virtual meetings 
• Validate Product & Feature catalogues 
• Design, Development & Testing Sprints 
• Backlog review & adjustments 
• Project Governance (Risks/Issues/Adjustments) 

Week 3 - MVP Design & Development - Sprint 2 

2nd round of design, build, testing and playback sessions 

• Virtual meetings 
• Validate Product & Feature catalogues 
• Design, Development & Testing Sprints 
• Backlog review & adjustments 
• Project Governance (Risks/Issues/Adjustments) 

Week 4 - Acceptance Testing, and Sign-off

• Virtual meetings 
• Final Rounds of Demos & Feedback Sessions
• Acceptance Testing 
• Final Sign-off and close 

Beyond the 4 week engagement, we will gladly discuss ways of collaborating to turn the *MVP (Minimal Viable Product) into a full marketable and commercially ready product with additional functionality. 

We prefer Agile/Scrum project methods to iteratively design, develop, test, and refine the production of an MVP (Minimal Viable Product). However, we're happy to adapt to any methods (e.g. MSP, Prince2, etc.) that your organisation may follow.
